Sixty-five percent of respondents suggested that they are thinking about double chaiseextended family when they look for a home, with nearly a quarter specifying that they are planning to buy near member of the family, Realtor.com reported. One-fifth of those surveyed stated they will have extended family dealing with them full-time, while 30% stated their brand-newmodern rugs home would need to accommodate extended family sticking with them part-time or going to.
Reducing in value from prior studies was the need for a brief commute time and a home with smaller square footage. For instance, only 9% of those surveyed indicated a brief commute time was a top priority, and just 4% said they are looking for smaller sized square video. This was below 11% and 8%, respectively, prior to the pandemic.
